Praise to the Schools from the Dana Cup
With 830 football teams, there is a need for great many beds and rooms, especially in schools in Hjørring and the rest of the municipality. And with many thousands of players and managers, there is extra need for cleaning.
‘And we at the Dana Cup would like to praise the schools. I can’t remember a Dana Cup, where the conditions at the schools have been as good as this year,’ stresses Bob Knudsen Andersen, who is responsible for accommodation. Typically, local clubs staff the schools. At Thursday’s meeting for school leaders, he also said that a part of the used bed linen would be sent on to charity after the Dana Cup.
