Start fee
Each team will pay a start fee, which is binding.
The start fee must be paid no later than 7 days after registration.
In case classes get filled up, all teams who have registered and paid the start fee have first priority. Registrations count from the date we receive the start fee payment.
The registration deadline is 1 May 2027.
Participation fee
All players, trainers, leaders and others with accommodation in a school will pay a participation fee (A-Band).
Players, trainers and leaders who do not have accommodation on a school will also pay a participation fee (D-Band).
The participation fee and other charges must be paid no later than 1 May 2027.
A-Band includes
- Participation in the Dana Cup football tournament
- Full board (3 meals a day) from Monday evening to Saturday lunch
- Accommodation in a school
- Transport with Dana Cup buses between the clubs school accommodation (if located more than 2 kms from the center area) and the bus terminal in the center area
- Transport with Dana Cup buses between the bus terminal and the playing fields outside the center area
- Free access to swimming
- Free access to Hjørring's museums
- Free access to the Dana Cup fan zone
- Free access to Dana Cup's discotheque
- Discount to Fårup Summerland
- Discount to North Sea Oceanarium
D-Band includes

Payments

When you register online, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation with your login and invoice for the start fee. Please note your invoice number when making payments.
You do all the necessary bookings for the tournament via the login page, you can book your participation bands, special meals, mattresses, transport etc.

Cancellations and no show policy
The start fee is non-refundable with any kind of cancellation or no show.
If a team cancels after 1st of May, 60% of the participation fee will be refunded (excluding the start fee).
Cancellation of individual participants after 1st of May are non-refundable. Participants should rely on their own travel insurance.
Registration of individual participants after 1st of May is subject to available capacity and will incur an additional fee of DKK 200 per person.
Cancellation of teams, no-shows, or cancellation of individual participants after 1st of June will not be refunded.
These refund rules apply regardless of whether the cancellation or non-attendance is due to visa issues, delayed or cancelled trains, flights or ferries, strikes, lockouts, blockades, or similar events.
The same rules apply in cases of war, war-like conditions, riots, civil unrest, or similar events, as well as earthquakes or other natural disasters.
No financial compensation will be provided to teams that lose matches due to the absence of other teams or their own delayed arrival.
Injuries and insurance
A participant is responsible and liable for injuries and damages committed on or off the field. Each club must ensure that their club members are insured both on and off the field.
