Dana Cup is an international, top-ranked youth football tournament in Hjørring, Denmark.
We unite young football players from all over the world through their passion for football with respect, unity, equality, and friendships.
We aim to embrace absolute equality regardless of race, gender, social, or cultural background.
We bring together young football players, their families, and friends in safe and inspiring surroundings that ensure great football experiences with a low impact on the environment and climate.

Dana Cup wishes to ensure a better future for the participants, the tournament, and the planet.
Therefore, we aim to integrate sustainability efforts into the tournament and our daily activities, and to prioritize collaboration with partners who share the same values.
Dana Cup aspires to be a positive driving force in the transition to a sustainable future.
We are guided by the Brundtland Report’s definition of sustainable development as “development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”

We will use the football tournament to focus on sustainability – both by reducing our own environmental and climate footprint and by inspiring participants and our network.

Dana Cup supports the Global Goals
Dana Cup contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals and is an official member of Football for the Goals.
We are particularly focused on supporting Goals 5, 12, 13, and 16.
Our goal to increase waste recycling contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goal 12, and especially target 12.5: By 2030, waste generation should be significantly reduced through prevention, reduction, recovery, and reuse.
Our goal to operate our facilities according to sustainability criteria contributes to achieving several different Sustainable Development Goals, but especially Goal 12.
Our goal of responsible procurement contributes to achieving Goal 12.
Our goal to reduce the tournament's climate footprint contributes to achieving Goal 13.
Our goal to foster fair play contributes to achieving Goal 16.
