DM in Skills is coming to Hjørring

Hjørring is well known far beyond Denmark’s borders, not least thanks to the Dana Cup, which since 1982 has brought together more than 1,000 football teams from all over the world every summer in week 30.
With around 30,000 players, coaches, officials, as well as accompanying families and supporters, Dana Cup has over the decades built up unique international experience in hosting, logistics and the execution of major events.
This very experience, combined with the strong organisational foundation of Hjørring Municipality is the reason why Hjørring has been selected as host city for DM in Skills, taking place from the 22nd to 25th of April.
These days, Denmark’s most talented young skilled professionals gather in Hjørring to compete in DM in Skills, which is Denmark’s largest and most prestigious competition for skilled trades. The event highlights quality, professionalism and the skills of the future.
We are extremely proud to contribute to the delivery of DM in Skills in collaboration with Hjørring Municipality. We provide some of our very best facilities, including the FiberHallen and Dana Cup SportsCenter and are responsible for catering from Dana Cup SportsCenter.
At the same time, we are supported by a strong team of volunteers from Fortuna Hjørring and the Dana Cup volunteer corps, who are well known for delivering events at the very highest level.
