How to get around the Dana Cup
Buses and trains during tournament week
During Dana Cup, getting from A to B is simple. Whether you’re heading to a game, back to school, or out for a little sightseeing, the Dana Cup transportation system has you covered.
Free travel by train with your wristband
All players and team leaders with an official Dana Cup wristband can travel for free on all NT trains throughout North Jutland during tournament week. That means you’re free to explore the area beyond the matches – visit the beach, take a trip to a different city, or discover local attractions in Hjørring and the surrounding towns. Simply board the train, show your wristband, and you’re on your way.

Shuttle buses – run by Jørns Busrejser
Dana Cup offers a network of shuttle buses connecting schools, the bus terminal, and football fields. The buses operate on a regular schedule and are planned to ensure everyone gets where they need to be on time.
Check out the bus times here or via our Dana Cup App
You’ll find route maps and timetables posted at your school and near the bus stops. Buses run frequently, but at busy times, there may be short queues. We kindly ask that all passengers:
- Respect the queue
- Be patient – another bus is on its way
- Follow instructions from staff at bus stops
