Top-level pitches ready for thousands of matches

When Dana Cup 2025 takes place next week, it’s not only the players who are ready for world-class football – so are the playing fields. This year, 63 football fields across Hjørring and the surrounding area will host thousands of matches during one incredible week of international youth football.

And the playing fields? They’re looking better than ever.

Thanks to a dedicated effort and strong collaboration with the local grounds teams, the playing surfaces are in outstanding condition. Whether you're stepping onto the field for your first group game on Tuesday morning or chasing a final on Friday or Saturday, you can expect lush, even and well-prepared grass pitches that support skillfull play and great match experiences.

A big thank you goes out to the many people working tirelessly every day to maintain the quality of the fields. Their behind-the-scenes effort is what makes it possible to deliver Dana Cup at the level we’re proud of.
