Which tournament will we play in next summer?
2018 is a big football year as we will experience the world's biggest football event - the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia from the 14th of June to the 15th of July. This is perfect timing for our tournament, as you can enjoy the World Cup from home or if you are lucky to attend some games in Russia, you can be inspired and motivated and then participate in the Dana Cup Hjørring. The huge Dana Cup tournament is the youth version of the real World Cup in Russia - except we welcome 1.100 teams from 45 nations!
The Dana Cup Hjørring 2018 is also inspired by the 2018 FIFA World Cup as our event area will play host to different World Championship events like penalty kicks, throw ins and much more. So the World Cup feeling and hype will continue after Russia at the Dana Cup through these fantastic side events.
On the playing field, you can look forward to playing international matches against teams from all corners of the World. More than 50 grass fields are waiting for you to invade them. 36 years of experience and more than 700.000 participants have at this time memories for a lifetime.
