A-Z opens a pop-up shop
in the Dana Cup event area
SPORTMASTER’s usual pop-up shop has this year got A-Z as a neighbour. A-Z has opened its doors for the first time in the Dana Cup event area.
The idea for the store arose last year, when Lone Krogh Andersen, who is section manager, pondered whether it would be possible to sell Lego as souvenirs to the many participants.
However, festival chairs are the product that will drive the turnover, if you ask Lone Krogh Andersen. That is why the back wall of the shop is also filled with 4,000 chairs.
Since, as previously mentioned, it is the first time that A-Z has a pop-up store, they are also experimenting with opening hours and assortment.
Therefore, in the store you can buy items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo, which have so far been popular according to Lone Krogh Andersen. In addition, it is possible to buy raincoats and umbrellas in case it rains during the week, as DMI's weather forecast predicts.
On Monday and Tuesday, the shop is open from 10am to 10pm, but if it gets busy, the staff is ready to extend the opening hours the rest of the week, so the shop is open from 8am to 10pm.
