AZS UAM Poznan (POL) – Frogner IL (NOR) (7-0) 10-0
A terrifying goal score of 63-0 after the group stage guarantees a certain quality near the opponents' goal. Norwegian Frogner quickly felt that quality the hard way in the G14 final. After just two minutes of play, they were 2-0 behind.
The final was a match entirely on Poznan's terms. The Norwegian girls were up against a superior force, and although they played and fought the best they had learned, they never managed to create any chances – they were simply too busy defending their own goal. It did not work out so well against an incredibly good and efficient Polish team that seemed to score at will.
In the 2nd half, the Poles relaxed a little scoring only three goals in the last 20 minutes.
Frogner had been matched against a team that, measured on all parameters, was better, not least physically.
