It was an intense game, but it was difficult for both teams to create chances in a match where most of the action took place in or around midfield.
Norwegian Heming certainly had the upper hand in the game, but Promien Zary defended well and, thus, making it difficult for the Norwegians to score. On the other hand, the Poles tried to counterattack, but the Norwegian defence was too good.
As neither teams managed to score in either regular time or extra time, the winner was found after the first penalty shootout of the finals.
