What Fortuna Hjørring's G18/19 side were unable to achieve, the club's G13 team accomplished in emphatic fashion. After taking a 3–0 lead into half-time, they went on to record a convincing 5–0 victory over Norway's Mandalskameratene.
Fortuna's attacking approach caused problems throughout the match. Time and again, they carved open the Norwegian defence with incisive passes and impressive solo runs that repeatedly created clear-cut scoring opportunities.
Mandalskameratene worked hard and produced a committed performance, but they were second best in most areas of the game. Even so, the Norwegian side can take great pride in reaching the final of the Dana Cup.
