Thamrongthai Viking FC
The young boys 11 team, travelled over 8.600 kilometers from Thailand to Denmark to participate in the Dana Cup 2024.
We must go back to the 90´s to the last time we welcomed teams from Thamrong Thai, so we are super excited to have the club return this summer and look forward to them being regulars in the years to come.
The young players had an amazing tournament, making it all the way to the quarterfinals of the A-finals. Not only did they have a good time on the playing field but also off the playing field, making friends across borders and gaining invaluable experiences from their travel to the Dana Cup.

“All of us at Thamrongthai Viking want to thank you for your support and for the opportunity you gave us to participate in the Dana Cup, which is one of the best youth tournaments in the world.
The tournament is well-organized with a high standard. Our goal has always been to create opportunities for underprivileged children, give them valuable experiences, and inspire them to play football. Without your support, it would be difficult for us to reach our goal.
The children, staff, and parents are happy to have experienced one of the best moments of their lives. It is an honor and pride in their lives. Even their schools have shared in that pride.
We are convinced that the children will have one of the best memories of their lives from this tournament, and that they will use these experiences for their future.
We want to say thank you once again and hope to receive your support to participate in the Dana Cup again.”
